Sabembermoff stopped believing in SATA, so I stopped believing in his shambling, incontinent whore of a motherboard. The replacement should be here Wednesday and compatible with all my current components, so at least this is not a super-expensive repair job. What ho! I can't install new packages or remove old ones because a package is broken? And "sudo apt-get install -f" will not tell me which is it? And synaptic will tell me that something is broken but pull up nothing under the "broken" filter and give me errors when I try to repair?
